Type A fire extinguisher can be water extinguisher or foam extinguisher.

Type B fire extinguisher can be foam extinguisher, dry powder extinguisher, carbon dioxide extinguisher.

Class C fire extinguishers can be dry powder extinguishers, halon extinguishers, carbon dioxide extinguishers, etc.

Type D fire extinguisher can be powder graphite extinguisher or special dry powder extinguisher.

Fire extinguishers can be dry powder extinguishers, halon extinguishers, carbon dioxide extinguishers, etc.

Dry powder fire extinguisher is available for class F fires.
